Well here is Christine doing her phonetic homework. Phonetics is the study of the sounds that our mouths make. There are many sounds that we don't use english but are used in other languages. We go to class a couple hours a day listening to the teacher and practicing making the sounds out loud and writing them.
We are in small groups of about 10 people so it it easier and more conducive to learning. At night we practice the sounds again and have to read phonetic sounds as we record ourselves. We are really enjoying the class and having fun making sounds. Classes are going well and we are looking forward to Christmas break. Thanks again for checking up on us.
