A Dead Van
Our van died tuesday as I was going to the store to pick up a few items for our small group meeting. We had it towed home Wednesday, and I pulled apart the inside to get to the engine to start checking it out, haven't figured it out yet. This week we received an email from the people who bought our mobile home park in Texas it was so encouraging and convicting as we realize we haven't been faithful in keeping in touch with them, they played a big part in us moving into the training. We both had to prepare speeches and speak to our class on friday, it was just a 3 min talk about any subject we wanted. They went really well. Monday we are hosting a family from Bolivia for dinner at our home, we are always excited to visit with missionaries and hear about what God is doing in the tribal works around the world. Matthew and Meghan are both doing well and have been getting good grades. They both signed up to help at the harvest party on Holloween night at the church, that was exciting, Matthew is helping with parking and Meghan is dressing up as a clown to visit with kids and welcome people. Please be praying about our van, it also will be needing tires soon. Thanks for checking up on us.
